Valse Bleue

“It’s new with taste, with style,
with a martini in your hand”

Discover the jazz language written for clarinet and piano in the last century. The idea comes from the newly composed piece “Valse Bleue” by Stephan Hodel, written especially for Chen, in the language of jazz and a pinch of melancholy.

 

In this concert, we have J. Horovitz Sonatine,and  Arthur Honneger Sonatine for clarinet and piano. H. 42; Astor Piazzolla Libertango, and of course the king of jazz: Gershwin and his Midsummer Night and 3 Preludes.

Firstly presented with Yvong Lang on the piano in Krienz, Zurich and Basel.
